A live blockchain horse racing and betting game built in Unity WebGL. Players connect crypto wallets to race their Bitcoin Ordinals NFT horses, bet gems on race outcomes, and compete in AI-driven quests, all in real-time multiplayer with up to 100 live spectators per race.

BitcoinDerby is a production-grade blockchain horse racing game built entirely by me as sole Unity developer. Players authenticate using one of 5 supported crypto wallets across 2 blockchains, Unisat, Xverse, and MagicEden for Bitcoin Ordinals horse NFTs, and MetaMask and OKX for Ethereum saddle NFTs. Once connected, players' NFT horses are rendered as unique 3D models in-game with their on-chain attributes loaded live.

The game features three core modes. In Race Mode, players subscribe their horse to API-scheduled races using in-game gems, watch 3D animated races live alongside up to 100 other players, and bet gems on the winner. Races support up to 10 horses with a tier restriction system (Tier 1/2/3) and configurable prize pools, all set via backend API. Every completed race is stored for replay and accessible at any time from the Race History tab.

In Quest Mode, players take full direct control of their horse through a custom-built Animal Controller, exploring a 3D open world to find keys, unlock chests, collect pearls, and ultimately defeat an AI boss horse in a combat encounter to claim the final prize, gems and NFT items. Quests run within a scheduled time window and progress is saved client-side throughout.

Explorer Mode gives players a free-roam sandbox to walk and gallop their horse through open meadows with no objectives,  a low-friction onboarding and showcase experience for their NFT.

The monetisation layer is built on an in-game gem economy: players earn gems by winning races and quests, or purchase gem packs with real money via a fully integrated Stripe payment flow. The multiplayer infrastructure runs on Photon Fusion Dedicated Server Mode with a headless Unity build deployed on AWS EC2, supporting hundreds of concurrent race sessions.

Built from the ground up with Flutter, the app offers a highly polished, interactive experience with dynamic, colorful themes (Neutral, Dark, Boy, Girl) and bouncy, physics-based micro-animations that make journaling fun.

Key features include: 
• Interactive Milestone Tracking: Parents can navigate through different chapters of their baby's life, from "Earth's Newest Resident" to the "First Birthday." 
• Guest Web Portal Integration: Parents can generate secure magic links that allow friends and family to view beautiful, web-based birth announcements and leave welcome messages or birthday wishes. These greetings sync directly back to the app's digital mailbox. 
• Offline-First Architecture: Using ObjectBox for lightning-fast local storage and Riverpod for state management, the app works flawlessly offline, seamlessly syncing photos and memories to Firebase in the background.

A cross-platform desktop inventory management system built with Electron and React, backed by Firebase Firestore for real-time cloud synchronization. Manages raw material procurement, finished goods production, purchase/delivery orders, and a multi-phase job card workflow across a role-based team.

This is a full-featured desktop ERP-style application built for a printing and manufacturing company to replace their manual Excel-based tracking. The system handles the complete operational lifecycle, from raw material purchasing to finished goods delivery, with real-time data sync across all users via Firebase Firestore.
The application is split into three core modules: Raw Material management (purchase orders, supplier tracking, warehouse stock), Finished Goods management (sales orders, production entries, delivery orders), and a Job Cards system that tracks each manufacturing job through phases including Pre-Press, Production, QC, and Dispatch. Role-based access control ensures each team member only sees what is relevant to their function.

 A high-performance desktop ERP built with Electron, React, and Firebase. Features real-time multi-user sync, complex job card workflows, role-based access control (RBAC), and automated PDF generation for manufacturing environments.  Summary: If you are trying to sell this, drop the tech jargon (Electron/React/Firebase) from the Meta tags. Replace it with industry keywords like "Job Cards," "Raw Materials," "Finished Goods," and "Packaging."

A fully offline, bilingual (English/Urdu) Point-of-Sale and business management desktop application built for a cycle spare parts retail shop. Covers the complete business workflow, from inventory and billing to staff payroll, vendor accounts, and financial reporting.

Illyas Akbar Cycle Works required a complete digital solution to replace their manual paper-based record keeping. The shop handles four distinct sale categories, retail, wholesale, repair jobs, and admin/internal transactions, each with different pricing structures, payment flows, and documentation requirements. The system needed to work entirely offline on a single Windows machine, support both English and Urdu interfaces for non-English-speaking staff, and produce thermal receipt printouts without any internet dependency.

DustWar is a blockchain-powered top-down 3D wave shooter built in Unity, targeting WebGL and mobile platforms. Players connect their crypto wallet via Reown AppKit, authenticate using a sign-in-with-Ethereum challenge flow, and then fight through procedurally scaling enemy waves to earn DUST, an in-game currency tied to a real on-chain token economy.
The game features two enemy types including a boss (Hellephant) with a radial bullet special attack, an object pooling system for performance optimization, and a 7-tier community progression system where the entire player base collectively burns DUST to unlock new tiers, increasing difficulty while improving conversion rewards.

"WARFRONT ASSAULT" is a multiplayer shooter game for PC that focuses on
intense, strategic battles. Players engage in various game modes, each offering a
unique experience, and utilize a wide range of weapons and equipment.

Amidst a world plunged into the throes of global conflict, governments vied for
control, and alliances shattered like fragile glass. The chaos birthed a new breed
of warriors, elite operatives known as "Sentinels," who stood as the last line of
defense against the encroaching darkness.
As tensions escalated, a shadowy organization, code-named "Oblivion Syndicate,"
emerged from the depths of the underworld. Their insidious agenda threatened to
plunge the world into an era of perpetual war. In response, the global powers
activated the Sentinels, an elite force trained in the art of unconventional warfare.
Players assume the role of a Sentinel, a fearless warrior handpicked to confront
the Syndicate's malevolent machinations. The conflict unfolds across a variety of
harrowing landscapes, from war-torn cities to desolate landscapes scarred by the
ravages of battle.
The seven diverse game modes present challenges that mirror the complexities of
modern warfare:
• Search & Destroy: Infiltrate enemy strongholds, defuse bombs, and
eliminate high-value targets to cripple the Syndicate's operations.

• Team Deathmatch: Team up with fellow Sentinels to eliminate Syndicate
forces and prove superior firepower in intense head-to-head combat.

relentless battle for supremacy.
• Capture the Flag: Steal the Syndicate's valuable resources while defending
your own in this strategic and pulse-pounding mode.
As players delve into the heart of the conflict, they unlock NFTs that represent
unique weapons, skins, and equipment, allowing them to personalize their Sentinel
and stand out on the Warfront. These NFTs aren't just cosmetic; they embody the
resilience and skill of each player, becoming a testament to their triumphs on the
battlefield.
