1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Peacebox Studio's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Peacebox Studio provides game development, software development, and related digital services. All services are provided under separate service agreements that will detail scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms specific to your project.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all custom work created specifically for their project. Peacebox Studio retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and proprietary methodologies used in development. Third-party assets (fonts, music, libraries) are subject to their respective licenses.
4. Payment Terms
Payment schedules are defined in individual project agreements. Standard terms include a 30-50% deposit before work begins, milestone payments during development, and final payment before delivery. Late payments may result in work pauses.
5. Confidentiality
We treat all client information with strict confidentiality. We will sign NDAs upon request. We do not share client project details, source code, or business information with third parties without written consent.
6. Warranties and Disclaimers
We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner. We provide a 30-day bug fix warranty after project delivery. We do not warrant that software will be completely error-free or uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of Liability
Peacebox Studio's liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
